To achieve this appearance, an application of a cement-like product was used. Smoothly trowelled over the Tilt Façade Garage Door, the material beautifully matches the main volume and offers the look and feel of concrete.

Beechworth, VIC

With a similar materiality, this Beechworth home realised the concrete look through an alternative cladding choice. Cemintel’s Barestone™ panels were applied to our Tilt Façade Garage Door, offering a sophisticated finish. This fibre cement cladding is exceptionally useful for fireproofing the building and is 9mm thick and quite heavy at 17kg m². The weight bearing ability of Smartech’s Tilt Façade Garage Door means that this cladding choice was easily able to be employed without issue.
