Award-winning builders Signature Homes Geelong built this beautiful private home in Newtown, Victoria, and won the “Best Custom Home $800,000 – $1m” award for this project at the Master Builders Association Regional Building Awards in 2017. They also received the “Residential Builder of the Year (South West)” award, as well as the “Best Custom Home $400-500,000 for an inner city home” award in the same year. What an outstanding result!

Smartech were engaged to contribute to this award-winning project with the design, manufacture and installation of a Tilt façade garage door.

Smartech façade garage doors can be customised for each project including the choice of cladding. This way a garage can become part of  a feature wall with customised cladding. Due to the design of our garage doors, they can hold an unprecedented maximum of 400 kg, which means you can even specify hardwood as a cladding option, the choices are almost endless.
