Luxury Home

This beautiful home in Palm Beach, NSW, has to be the embodiment of luxury. It took Yuncken Builders & Project Managers 3 years to complete this work of art.  These efforts were rewarded when the team won the Master Builder of the Year Award.

Smartech was selected to contribute to this project by designing, supplying and installing three Uplift windows, which were beautifully incorporated into the modern design of this luxury home. The windows fully open  up the space and broaden the views on the beautiful landscape surrounding this property while being easy to operate thanks to their counterweight balanced design and motorised operation.
